DON'T BE LEFT OUT
When your parents do not answer the phone
and they have gone ... without any trace
Do not fear that the worst may have happened
They went to a much better place

When the world seems suddenly bigger
with empty homes, and cars in the street
Do not morn for the people and babies
The Lord they have chosen to meet

The Rapture has actually happened
when these things have all come to pass
Then you will feel heartache and sorrow
as Satan conducts his dark mass

We know not the day or the hour
so why not accept Jesus today
Surrender your life to Him wholly
He is waiting to show you the way

Say YES and be ready when Jesus
returns with a sudden loud shout
Only those faithful to His Word will be taken
say YES now, and do not be left out.

WE ARE IN CONTROL
If words are things and thoughts are words
then we are in control
For what we say is what will be
that is a Bible written rule

Fear and doubt can manifest
the very thing we fear
Too many times we tend to hold
the bad things much too near

We have the choice of how we think
and to watch the words we say
The things that we hold in our heart
that is what will guide our way

If our heart is full of joy
and our life is full of love
Our thoughts will be the gentle kind
like Jesus and God above

Thank you, Lord, for showing us
that we are in control
Help us daily to talk to you
and live by the Golden Rule.
